In our service contract, we perform two cleanings and inspections per year, making sure your heating and air won't fail when you need it most.

1. Remove and clean burners and heat exchanger.
2. Oil blower motor
3. Check and adjust fan and limit control.
4. Adjust pilot and check thermocouple.
5. Check voltage and wiring at furnace.
6. Examine heat exchanger.
7. Check air filter.
8. Check thermostat.

2. Clean drain line.
3. Oil condensor fan motor.
4. Check refrigerant level.
5. Check voltage & wiring at condensor.
6. Oil evaporator motor blower motor.
7. Check air filter.
8. Check thermostat.
